  • Do you have a physical store?

No, we do not. We are an online only retailer, this allows us to offer better prices, while reaching more customers across the country and beyond. 

  • Where do you ship from? What are the shipping options?

We are located in Miami, FL. For your convenience, we offer a couple of shipping options. Below transit times do not include 2 days handling, also we do not operate on weekends. Please note that during holidays shipping delays may occur, due to increased shipping volume.
- Economy (5 to 8 business days)
- Standard (3 to 4 business days)
- Express (2 to 3 business days)

  • Do you ship Internationally?

We do! Several international shipping options are offered at your service, including USPS and DHL Express. We love overseas customers! Please note, sometimes packages may get held at the customs of your country and it is your responsibility as a buyer to have the customs fees paid in order to get the package released. Import duties are not included into the delivery price and have to be paid directly to the government of your country. All international orders are subject to an additional $15 handling fee. Prior to shipment, we will reach out via E-mail to confirm your order and to make sure that you are aware about additional customs fees. Unconfirmed international orders will not be shipped!

  • What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day Return or Exchange policy for all of our certified refurbished devices. Buyer pays return shipping. If the device was returned past 30 days or with additional wear & tear, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20%. Please reach out using the Contact Us form with your order number for further assistance.

  • Do you offer warranty?

All of the devices we sell are professionally refurbished and guaranteed to work as intended, a 180-day limited warranty is included with every purchase at no extra cost. We guarantee that your device will function as intended by manufacturer, or we will replace it with another device. Warranty does not cover malfunctions due to physical damage, improper use or when the device was exposed to liquid that got inside.

  • What is a refurbished phone?

Refurbished phones are preowned phones that were professionally restored to factory specifications. We have a complex process in place that involves dry ice cleaning, functional diagnostics via Phonecheck, polishing & cosmetic restoration, repair and finally grading. We do all this in house, no third parties involved. We stand behind our product quality and accurate grading.

  • What is the condition of your refurbished phones?

Devices are available is 3 different cosmetic conditions, based on overall wear and tear. All of the devices within these cosmetic grades are fully functional, tested and guaranteed to work as intended, each phone comes with a diagnostic report available at request.
- Grade A: Excellent. (Mint condition. Very little to no scratches visible from 12 inches away. Battery life guaranteed above 80%, and often >90%)
- Grade B: Good. (Moderate scratches may be present on body and/or display, visible from any distance. No large scuffs or cracks. Battery life above 80%)
- Grade C: Fair. (Deep large scratches and scuffs on body and/or display, discoloration may be present, no cracks. Battery life may be below 80%)

  • Do you offer Trade-in or Exchange?

Absolutely! Please check our Trade-in section for a quote on your preowned phone. Once you receive that quote, you can either sell or trade-in your device. We will provide a shipping label and detailed instructions for you to securely ship your phone to our processing facility.

  • Do you charge sales tax?

We do charge 7% sales tax in the state of Florida, where our business is registered. If you are a wholesale (Business) customer or a non-profit organization - please Contact Us in order to provide Tax Exempt form. If you are buying using the Shop app - you will be charged sales tax for any state within US, per their tax collection requirements.

  • I placed an order, but received an e-mail that it got cancelled right away? 

Due to the high amount of fraud in online shopping these days, we must use a complex fraud verification system, provided by Shopify. If your order was deemed Medium or High fraud risk - it will be auto-cancelled and payment authorization released within 48 hours.

  • I ordered a phone from GENIUS GOODZ, but received a package from a different company?

If certain Model, Color or Memory is not available at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to dropship that order from one of our suppliers to you directly. But rest assured that it will be exactly the same Memory and Color combination that you've ordered, and device will meet all of our quality standards!

  • I have a question about my order, do you have a phone number?

We offer support via E-mail only at this time. Please reach out to us via Contact Us form. We respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.

  • I ordered an older Samsung model and the display has reflections/shadows on white background?

That effect is called Screen Shadow - it is not considered a defect or malfunction, as long as the display is properly working and is touch responsive. Samsung uses OLED screen technology that starts to show ghosting effect on white background, this happens approximately after 4-5 years of daily use and is a natural aging process of the OLED matrix.

  • I purchased an iPhone and it's displaying "Unknown Part" message in the Settings?

If your device had a battery or screen replaced, and OEM parts were used - you might see that message. It doesn't affect phone's functionality in any way and not considered a defect.
