Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
- Must be in its original packaging
- The device must be fully reset
- iCloud or Google account must be removed
- You must provide proof of purchase showing the original purchase date
Items that cannot be returned include:
- The device has physical damage not reported at the time of delivery (e.g., cracked screen, dents, or water damage).
- The phone has been tampered with, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorised personnel.
- The IMEI or serial number has been removed, altered, or does not match our records.
- The device has software modifications, such as rooting or jailbreaking.
- iCloud, Google, or Samsung accounts are still active (i.e., not removed or logged out).
- The device is returned without the original packaging or accessories (if included in the sale).
- The return request is made after the return window has expired.
- The item was sold as "final sale" or "non-returnable" and was clearly marked as such at checkout.
- The device is returned with missing or incorrect items (e.g., sending a different phone than purchased).
- The buyer failed to provide proof of purchase or original receipt.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, contact our customer support team.
Please include the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
You will receive a return authorisation and detailed instructions. We do not provide return shipping labels for any returns.

All returned items must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Refund Process
We will notify you of your refund's approval or rejection after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
Yes, we do offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please reach out to our customer support team with your request. You will need to return the original item first, and once we receive it, we will send out the new item you requested.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order prior to shipment by contacting our support team. Once your order has shipped, please follow the return process outlined above.
Restocking Fee
We charge 20% restocking fee on all of our orders.
