Shipping Information

This policy applies to all domestic (United States) orders. Unfortunately, we are not Serving Internationally at this moment. We have designed this policy to make sure you understand our shipping policies and procedures clearly. By ordering from Genius Goodz, you accept the policies contained herein.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are determined by your preferred shipping service. Please refer to the table below for a detailed breakdown of applicable charges.

Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

  • Order handling time is 0-1 business day (Monday to Friday). Since we sell refurbished devices and most of the time our devices are ready to ship.
  • The order cut-off time will be 02:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Panama).

Economy 5-8 business days

Remember that Total Shipping Time = Order Handling Time + Transit Time.

Shipping Delay:

There are some factors affecting shipping that are beyond our control, including

  • Weather conditions
  • Holiday seasons
  • Errors by the shipping company (UPS/USPS)

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at support@geniusgoodz.com.

Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@geniusgoodz.com or call us at +1-305-591-9911 within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that we cannot change the shipping address once your order is in transit.

Incorrect address

If we return your order because you provided an incorrect address at checkout, you will bear the additional shipping costs.
