At Genius Goodz, we’re committed to providing you with reliable, fully functional refurbished devices. Every phone we sell is professionally refurbished and guaranteed to work as intended. For your peace of mind, we include a 180-day limited warranty with every purchase, at no additional cost.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Functional defects that prevent the device from operating as intended by the manufacturer
  • Hardware malfunctions not caused by external damage or misuse
  • If your device stops functioning properly within 180 days of delivery, we will repair or replace it with a device of a similar model and condition

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Physical damage, such as cracked screens, broken parts, or dents
  • Issues caused by improper use, mishandling, or unauthorised repairs
  • Liquid damage, including exposure to water or moisture, that affects internal components
  • Software tampering, including rooting, jailbreaking, or installing unsupported software
  • Devices returned with active iCloud, Google, or other account locks

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim:

  • Contact us via email or phone with your order number and a clear description of the issue
  • We may ask for photos, videos, or require the item to be sent back for evaluation
  • Once the issue is verified and approved, we will repair or replace your device accordingly

Note: All claims are subject to inspection and approval by Genius Goodz. Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
